LassoSoft charges a small fee to exchange a Lasso Studio for GoLive license to a Lasso Studio for Dreamweaver license. This fee covers the necessary administrative and support efforts.

This exchange is only permitted for LS8/LS8.5 licenses. Previous versions of Lasso Studio (e.g. LS7) may be exchanged from GoLive to Dreamweaver only when upgrading to the lastest version of Lasso Studio. There is no additional cost to switch from GoLive to Dreamweaver when upgrading to the latest version of Lasso Studio.

Terms and Conditions for a product exchange are as follows:

• We reserve the right to refuse a product exchange request at any time, and for any reason. Placement of this order does not guarantee acceptance of the exchange request.
• A product exchange is allowed once per license, and is permanent.
• As with upgrades, the existing license that is to be exchanged will be deactivated and is therefore no longer valid, eligible for upgrades, etc.
• All records of the existing license that is to be exchanged, and any installation of the associated product, must be destroyed and otherwise removed/uninstalled.
• The new license will be placed in your account under the original order details. The new license will be for the same platform as the previous license.
• These Terms and Conditions are in conjunction with, and do not supersede, our standard Terms and Conditions.
• Placement of this order and/or payment of the exchange fee constitute your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
